Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to get your dog’s essentials to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
🐾 Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unopened, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all our canine customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened packages of Dog Supplements & Special Food
- Opened containers of Wet or Dry Dog Food
- Used Dog Grooming & Care products
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
- Include your order number and details about which items you’d like to return/exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days
- Package your return securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship it back to our Dallas facility (we’ll provide the address)
- Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange. Here’s what to expect:
