At Trixie Dog Supply Sale, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help make it right!

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unopened, and with all tags attached. Just like we’re picky about the quality of our dog products, we need returned items to be in perfect shape for the next pup parent.

Note about special items: For the health and safety of all our canine customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened packages of Dog Supplements & Special Food
  • Opened containers of Wet or Dry Dog Food
  • Used Dog Grooming & Care products

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
  2. Include your order number and details about which items you’d like to return/exchange
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Package your return securely in the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship it back to our Dallas facility (we’ll provide the address)
  6. Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange. Here’s what to expect:

  • Refund method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
