Are your dog food products from reputable brands?

Absolutely! We only stock premium brands that we’d feed to our own dogs. Our selection includes trusted names like Hill’s Science Plan, Royal Canin, and Eukanuba. Every product is carefully selected to meet our high standards for quality and nutrition.

Do you offer special dietary options?

Yes! In our Dog Supplements & Special Food section, you’ll find options for dogs with specific dietary needs, including grain-free, sensitive stomach formulas, and specialized nutrition for different life stages and breeds.

What are my shipping options?

We offer two tail-wagging delivery options:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 days)
2. Free Shipping (on orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after processing (1-2 days)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days – faster than your pup can unwrap a new toy!

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide to our global community of dog lovers! However, we currently can’t deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas (our carriers haven’t mastered dog sled delivery yet). If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, just email our team at [email protected].

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your package’s journey from our Dallas warehouse right to your doorstep!

What payment methods do you accept?

What’s your return policy?

We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery – because even dogs change their minds sometimes! Just contact our Dallas-based team at [email protected] to initiate a return. No need to beg like your pup does for treats!

What if my dog doesn’t like the food or toy I ordered?

We understand that every pup has unique tastes. If your furry friend turns up their nose at a product, you can return unopened items within our 15-day window for a full refund or exchange.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care with packaging, but if something arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “sit” and “stay”!

Do you offer any discounts?
